Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus

Tonight we thought we would try Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus as a side with our chicken. I absolutely love the salty flavor of prosciutto so I couldn’t wait to taste the combination of flavors.

You will need

A few slices of Prosciutto (half a slice for each bundle)

3-4 spears of Asparagus(per bundle)

A sprinkle of Salt

A sprinkle of Italian Seasoning

A dash of Oil


First I preheated my oven to 420 degrees . Then I started the prep work by breaking the ends off the Asparagus. Normally this would be just garbage, but my dogs loved the healthy snack.

Next, I rinsed the Asparagus, and coated it in oil, salt, and Italian seasoning.

Bake the Asparagus at 420 for about 10 minutes. Just until it gets a little softer. Next wrap the bundles in prosciutto and prep to go back in the oven (or on the smoker) just before serving.

About 10 more mins at 420 degrees, or 10 or so minutes on the grill. Either way, the results are epic.

This is a dish you will love, and want more. 10/10 recommend. So easy and so gooddddd. Make it once and this will become a regular for your house, promise.
