Last night for dinner, we tried a Publix Aprons meal kit, Harissa Chicken. I love the Publix Aprons meal kits because everything is already prepared and proportioned, and ready to go.

What Is Actually In The Kit
Zucchini and Squash
Start off by cooking the chicken breasts in a skillet. Once cooked through, remove from heat and allow to rest for about 5 minutes. In the mean time, pour asparagus, apricots, zucchini and squash, and rice in a microwave safe bowl and mix together. Cover this mixture in plastic wrap, and microwave for 3 minutes. Next, cut the chicken breast into cubes, and cook on medium-low heat for 3-4 minutes in the included Harissa sauce.
Serve the chicken over the rice mixture, and sprinkle the almonds on top. Now you are ready to eat! The entire meal literally took less than 30 minutes to prepare, and it was so delicious! If you give this dish a try, be sure to let me know what you think!
