Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Chili

OMG! Last night I made Buffalo Chicken Chili in the slow cooker, and it was absolutely amazing! I will DEFINITELY be adding this recipe into regular rotation. It was just that GOOD!

What You’ll Need

1 1/2 lbs. of Chicken Breasts

1 can Great Northern Beans

1 can of Rotel

1 can of Chicken Broth

1/2 cup of Frank’s Red Hot Buffalo Sauce

1 package Ranch Dressing Mix

Sprinkle of Onion Powder

Sprinkle of Garlic Powder

Sprinkle of Salt

8 oz. Cream Cheese

Tortilla Chips

Directions:

So this recipe is super easy (which is always a plus for me!)! Add everything but the cream cheese and tortilla chips to the crock pot. Cook on high for 4 hours, or low for 8 hours (I went low and slow). Shred the chicken with a couple of forks, and stir in the cream cheese. Once the cream cheese has combined well with the other ingredients, serve with tortilla chips. Boom! Amazing!

I cannot say enough how much I loved this dinner. It was so easy and low maintenance; but it was also so yummy! Give this one a try this winter season; you won’t regret it (; Definitely a success!

XOXO,

Parker

P.S. I was so excited to eat, that I completely forgot to take a picture. 🤦‍♀️Trust me, it looked amazing! 🤣
