Spicy Noodle Stir Fry Recipe

This Stir Fry was seriously SO good, and so easy to make. You really only need a few ingredients, and you probably already have some of the necessary ingredients at home! How awesome is that?!

What You’ll Need

3 tbsp. Canola Oil

1/2 lb. of Ground Pork

5 cloves of Garlic, minced

8 oz. uncooked Rice Noodles

5 tbsp. Soy Sauce ( I like low sodium)

1 cup of uncooked Spinach

White Pepper, Chili Powder, and Salt for seasoning

As always, I like to start out by prepping everything up. It is important to read the directions for how to prep your rice noodles for cooking, as they need to be soaked. My package said to soak the noodles in warm water for 20-25 mins. So I started this process right when I got home so that they would be ready to go.

When ready to actually start cooking the meal, I started by putting the 1/2 lb. of pork in a container and seasoning it well with white pepper and chili powder. Additionally, I minced the 5 cloves of garlic, and set aside.

Cook the pork in a skillet until no pink remains. Next, add in the garlic, soy sauce, and canola oil. Then season with a little salt, and cook until garlic has softened. Drain the soaked rice noodles; then combine the spinach, noodles, and pork mixture in the skillet. Continue to cook the dish for approximately 5 minutes, or until desired texture is reached.

SIDE NOTE: I did add a little more soy sauce to the dish as it simmered for the last 5 minutes just to add some extra flavor and juices.

Overall, this is a dish that your whole family will love, with just a slight kick of spice! I can’t wait to try this dish again very soon!!
