Spicy Brie Mac and Cheese

CAN WE PLEASE JUST TALK ABOUT THIS RECIPE FOR SPICY BRIE MAC AND CHEESE?? This is literally one of the best things I have ever put in my mouth. I CANNOT EVEN, GUYS! What You’ll Need: 

Box of Rotini Noodles

8oz. Goat Brie (or regular Brie)

Half a stick of Butter

Pint of Heavy Cream

Panko

Mike’s Hot Honey (or Honey and Cayenne Pepper)

Directions:

Start off by bringing water to a boil and starting the noodles. Next, preheat the oven to 425 degrees. While cooking noodles according to package directions, melt a couple pats of butter in a skillet. Cut as much of the rind off the brie as you can, and melt it down with the butter. As it starts to melt, pour half a pint of heavy cream into the mixture and continue stirring until melted. Pick out any remnants of Brie rind.

When the noodles are completed and strained, and the brie mixture has melted, pour everything in a baking dish and mix together well. Pour a little more heavy cream in the baking dish so that the mac doesn’t dry out when baking.

Melt a couple of pats of butter in a separate bowl and mix with the panko. Spread the panko evenly over the casserole dish, and pop in the oven for about 20 mins. Once baked, drizzle with the hot honey and serve!!

SIDE NOTE: If you can’t find Mike’s Hot Honey, mix regular honey with cayenne pepper to create your own spicy honey!
