Grilled Avocados

If you love avocado as much as we do, this super easy recipe is sure to be a crowd pleaser this summer! I am really trying to incorporate more greens and veggies into my diet, and this is the perfect way to do it.

What You’ll Need:

A couple of Avocados, sliced in half and pits removed

Olive Oil

Salt

Chili Powder

Directions: 

This is literally the easiest side ever. Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits. Brush the halves with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt. Grill for 3-4 minutes, face down; until scored. Sprinkle with chili powder, and enjoy!
